CoADE's Fall 2009 conference was hosted by Western State College. Attendees spent the day learning to "Climb Higher in the Roacky Mountains."

Dr. David Caverly not only was our keynote speaker, he also led a workshop later in the morning. Since 1989, Dr. Caverly has been Professor of Education at
Texas State University-San Marcos where he directs the developmental reading program and teaches reading, technology, and research classes in the undergraduate and graduate programs for both the Developmental Education Program and the Curriculum and Instruction department.
